There is always a wow factor with a Spit Roast! As well as the standard hog roast we can offer lamb, sirloin and even wild boar, all cooked slowly on the spit until tender!
Many companies nowadays do most of the cooking in their own kitchens and transport the pig partly cooked only finishing off at the end on site. We have always preferred the traditional method where our staff arrive on site 7 hours before serving and cook the whole pig whilst you watch!
