The creative kitchen at Bigday will tailor wedding menusto suit each different client our methods are simple; we talk to our customers and listen to what they would like to eat! We combine this with the best quality fresh, local produce, our renowned style and service, a pinch of our secret formula and you have the perfect recipe for any event, bbq or wedding catering

Our head chef Luciano Caravello heads up the team of full time chefs to design and create wedding menus and wedding menu ideas in our new kitchen. His experience has been gained in some of Londons most prestigious restaurants and with the countries largest outside catering companies. Luciano draws his influences from his Italian background and infuses them with classic techniques and stunning modern presentation.

We can supply and serve three course meals from £30 per person

Canapes:

Apple & Foie Gras on Sweet Chestnut Bread, Mandarin & Prune with Smoked Duck, Ham & Fig Butter with Pistachio and Olive Bread, Asparagus and Prosciutto Spears, Roe of Trout Blinis with Lemon Cream & Cucumber, Buckwheat Breads with crushed candied pepper and coulis, Brie Kebab with Cranberry dip, Prawn, Basil & Cheese with Tomato Brioche, Roast Beef & Horseradish Yorkshire Puddings, Swedish Breads with cake & candied lemon, Mini Caprese

Venison cappaccio, rocket and redcurrants              

Seared Scallops, choriza and pea puree

Goats cheese bavrois, vine tomato and beetroot

Fillet of salt marsh lamb, Chaianti and cranberries

Pork belly balotine, perfect crackling and cider jus
